Great product quickly despatched

Pleased with greenhouse purchased 6 months ago, so decided to go for the heater. Delighted with it, because it works just as I wanted and keeps an ambient temperature in the greenhouse.

Great heater, it’s located in my 14x8 ft workshop and it does the job great, I have to turn the thermostat down to a low setting once my shop has reached my required temperature.

I like the simple, no-nonsense industrial style of this heater, which sits nicely in my greenhouse and just gets on with the job. Very reliable so far.

An excellent product once I worked out how to use it. The instructions were inadequate so I had to return it twice as not functioning until someone at Greenhouse People could explain how it worked.

Good prices, prompt delivery, a great heater, which works fine, the thermometer was broken on arrival but quickly sorted, I was impressed with the level of customer service. I’d recommend the Greenhouse People.

Great product, price and service. All appears to be working well, a good mix of analogue and digital technologies. Battery installed, a small clear plastic strip isolates the power and needs removal to get things going, no mention of this in instructions. Perhaps a coloured tab on the plastic strip would make it easier to see. Certainly not a deal breaker.

Fantastic product, the build quality is outstanding and the thermostat cut off is a super useful function. I have been using this heater both in my greenhouse to start seedlings super early and in my garage to make Christmas wreaths so I don't freeze. Both tasks I wouldn't have been able to undertake without the Simplicity fan heater.

The standard of service and support was first class. Despite having to erect the greenhouse in difficult weather conditions, there were no (toughened) glass breakages and the greenhouse will soon be in full operation.

Good delivery not crushed so arrived in good condition.
