We bought a Ratcliffe greenhouse in Ivory and I can honestly say its one of the best investments we have ever made its very well built and designed everyone comments how nice it looks and we have had it 5 years and have had no trouble at all so thank you James Spooner and the Greenhouse people for a wonderful addition to are garden.

This is a great sprinkler. Easily put it together, solid construction and coverage is excellent.

Does the job perfectly.

A very well made greenhouse which was relatively easy to erect. Once you become familiar with what the diagrams in the instruction booklet are showing you, you soon get into a rhythm. I would suggest the manufacturer consider drilling holes into the separate base pieces to make it easier to fix to the concrete base. I had a lot of trouble getting my drill into the correct angle to achieve this, scratching the base in the process. The Louvre window is a bit flimsy, not very good quality. The water butt down pipe connector kit would be more useful if it included a length of flexible connector hose. I had to buy this separately as the rigid down pipe provided was too rigid.

Good sturdy build, gives good heat output. Good price Service by Greenhouse people second to none, arrived next day as promised. EXCELLENT !!!

Top quality product with easy to follow assembly instructions. It was pleasure to build and the end result is a greenhouse we will enjoy for years to come.

Very happy overall. A good quality, compact greenhouse. Recommended. However, a couple of points that were found by the builders who put it together for me:- some of the wooden slats for the staging were not of the right size and had to be cut to fit- more importantly, the plastic guttering had been damaged (squashed and deformed) and was not usable.I did not pursue the latter with you, as the guttering was not that important to my installation, and there was a lot going on at the time.
