This 10ft wide model gives you the extra space you need and enables you to do some serious growing. Double doors(4'wide) provide excellent access and the doors are also a good height (6'1" incl metal base). For extra strength on this model, we use a stronger double box section glazing bar on the roof and corners. Plus we provide a strong T-section cantilever bracing all across the roof bars.
As well as the toughened safety glass, which now comes as standard on all Simplicity models, this Ultimate Package includes a run of staging down one side, 2 downpipes and end stops, auto opener(s) for the roof vent(s) and also PVC bar capping. This capping replaces the standard metal glazing clips, and runs the full length of the glazing bars, for exceptional glass retention.
- A = Base width: 3,150mm (10ft4).
- B = Length: 3,770mm (12ft4).
- C = Eaves height: 1,312mm (4ft3).
- D = Ridge height: 2,437mm (7ft11).
- E = Door width: 1,200mm (3ft11).
- F = Door height: 1,880mm (6ft2).
- All measurements include the base.
Q. Does this greenhouse come with guttering for water collection? If not is it an optional extra
A. Guttering is included (it is part of the greenhouse). If you want to collect the rainwater then I would recommend the downpipe kit.
Q. Is this greenhouse available a taller side ridge height taller? e.g. dim currently at 1312mm can this be increased to say +1650mm? We are looking to use this as a meeting room in a office. If not do you know any similar greenhouse with these dims? thanks Simon

After our first season with this greenhouse we are now ready to say - we LOVE it. It has been extremely productive and everything works. Was a little harder to assemble than we'd imagined (two of us) but went together well and has been really great to have. I did a little bit of minor fettling to get the doors to slide smoothly but it was not bad in untouched condition. Very happy.

We are delighted with this package, delivered end of May. Makes a fabulous addition to our garden and at 10'x12' lots of room to add seats, great ventilation options, we can enjoy the garden in the evenings or even when it's windy and raining . Complete instructions, easy to follow, it went up in 2 and 1/2 days on our concrete base, very sturdy construction and the toughened glass is very robust. We were a little late for this season but expect to grow lots for many years to come. Great product, competitive price, fantastic and efficient support. So glad we went with The Greenhouse People.

I have had this erected for three months now and I am delighted. It has just survived Storm Arwen in the Highlands of Scotland without any issues. Quality is very good for the price. It is not the top level but you get what you pay for and it is absolutely up for the job. Only niggles were that the instructions were wrong in some of the detail and some parts weren't stamped with part number (most were) which complicated the assembly slightly. I emailed my observations on this to Greenhouse People so hope they have been updated. Service from Greenhouse People was excellent and the delivery was really superb - really careful guy.

I've had this greenhouse almost two years now. It's one of the best products I've ever bought. I've grown peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers and various other plants very successfully. My garden is exposed to say the least but this greenhouse just keeps on standing. I only wish I could have another one.

A large, well made greenhouse which permits easy access and has plenty of internal space. Until you put the armchair in as well!!
