A good quality product but the build instructions could be much better, arrived with one part missing which is unacceptable but efficiently sorted out by customer services

It's a good cold frame greenhouse. It does take a little while to put together just because there are a lot of nuts and bolts. Best done with two people but the result is worthwhile. On the plus side. The opening windows are brilliant. They are easy to prop up and they slide , which makes access to the plants a joy. Voting with my feet I bought one frame and then promptly bought another.

Quick delivery, relatively easy to assemble and looks great! Had an issue with one panel that arrived cracked. I called the number on the website, someone picked up immediately, was very friendly and then sent out a replacement same day. If only all customer service was this good! Very happy with my Cold Frame and likely to order a second early next year.

Jumbo cold frame ordered, and delivered next day as promised. Ordered in a very nice old cottage green. Fairly easy to assemble, but a bit fiddly for big fingers. Very happy with the quality, and the service. It's just getting It's first proper test with 40+ mph winds!
