I deliberated for a long time before buying this but I’m so glad I went for it in the end. My major considerations were around the accessibility of charcoal over gas and whether the 18” diameter surface was big enough - I shouldn’t have worried. In the week that I’ve had it, I’ve knocked out a dozen pizzas for friends and family with perfectly crispy & bubbled crusts, I’ve chargrilled some streak burgers for 4 people and on Easter Monday I low & slow roasted a 2kg leg of Lamb over 3 hours for lunch which was as succulent as any lamb I’ve eaten; suffice to say the product is both big and versatile. Construction is easy, build quality is robust and cleaning is straightforward. Make sure you get a friend or two round to help shift it though... the delivery drivers left this on my front step and it was a serious effort to shift it into the backyard!

Ordered the Phoenix greenhouse heater which was delivered within 24hours. It’s a decent piece of kit that is simple to use and I really like the fact that it can be hung from the roof of my greenhouse which circulates the warm air without blowing heat directly on to my plants.

Excellent service.

My greenhouse is 45 years + old and I was concerned that I would be able to find suitable replacement auto openers for the top vents. However, following an e-mail ot the Greenhouse People I was directed to the relevant page on their Website and there, indeed, was the item that I needed. After making slight adjustments to the fixing sites I was able to fit the new openers and they are working well. Good service and prompt delivery - I am very satisfied and would certainly look to the Greenhouse People for any other spares/replacement parts that I need in future.

Both items seem well manufactured and are just what I required. The heater is effective and heater and fan switch off when up to set temperature.

Once tightened it makes a decent spot of staging.

Excellent product very happy

I bought one of these several years ago and it has been an excellent purchase. I have had to move it from one end of the garden to the other and there were no problems with it twisting and it is settled there. I am considering buying another one of these for extra greenhouse space. A very recommended product.

Really pleased with it, took 3 days to build, I would recommend studying the instructions carefully. Came to fit the final piece of glass above the door and it was the wrong size, this was quickly rectified, great customer service. A great greenhouse at a great price

Great product, arrived well packaged, and at a fantastic price. Quick delivery too. I already had one from another source, these two are a great addition to my greenhouse. Would recommend.

Fast delivery and very well packed. This is a high quality product, everything about it is well built, sturdy and very well finished, it should probably cost a lot more than it does. A word of warning; it is very heavy, do not try and set this up on our own
