A 7ft x 7ft Studio Corner Pent looks stunning finished in Cedar cladding. The optional painted mdf lining and insulation and laminate flooring, really makes this garden room stand out.

This Redwood 8ft x 8ft Studio Corner has the optional 'Olive Grey' painted finish. Other optional extras added to this building include the painted mdf lining and insulation, a laminate floor and 2 x privacy windows.

You can choose to line your Studio Corner Pent garden room with either tongue and groove pine boards, or as pictured here painted mdf lining. Both lining options include ufoil thermal insulation, for all year-round warmth. The optional laminate floor adds a nice finishing touch this garden room.
All Malvern Studio and Arley range buildings feature chrome ironmongery as standard. This includes door hinges, lockable casement stays, door hooks and door handles (as pictured). For extra security, a five lever mortice lock is also a standard inclusion.

Please be aware that you will need to provide a good, strong and level base constructed from either slabs or concrete. This will need to be completed prior to our delivery date, ensuring that it is set and strong enough for that building to sit on.
As with all of our garden buildings, we like to provide our customers with a suitable delivery time. We always give good notice of our arrival date, allowing you to be sure it is the right time for you. We always appreciate any helpful information regarding access to your pre-prepared base area and any details you may need to share with us about reaching you - so that the delivery process can run as smoothly as possible.
