The automatic hose reel arrived quickly and at a lower price than a well-known major online market place even when delivery is included. The Greenhouse people used a good carrier (DPD) so I had a timed delivery. I fitted the hose reel with no problem. Just make sure you tighten the hose connectors ( I didn’t and one popped off). Also, be aware that the outlet connector is a water stop type so without an attachment, no water comes out. I missed this and was puzzled for a few minutes. I replaced it with an open connector. Other than that, everything is perfect and it looks very substancial.

Arrived promptly and although well packaged for transit, getting the stand out to assemble was very difficult, even with 2 people. It is VERY HEAVY. Happy with the first use, no issues to report.
