Carried out a lot of market research before settling for this package - great value for money coupled with excellent build quality. Definitely needs 2 to install with the toughened glass; instructions, once you get into flow, are clear and concise - day and a half to complete. A pane of glass broke during storage - really pleased with the company's no quibble response to replace. Telephone advice was also clear and helpful, when sought.

We found the greenhouse to be very sturdy and strong. It was rather tricky to build but it was our first time! We are really pleased with the end result though.It looks attractive in the garden and offers well designed use of space.Thank you.

The whole exercise from ordering to completion of the greenhouse was excellent. Everything happened as predicted and though a little experience with flat pack diagram instructions helps it all fitted together in the right places and now looks splendid. Just about to fill it with my tender plants for the winter.

Order arrived promtly

Shelves arrived promptly the day after I placed the order. The same evening I put up the shelves very quick and easy. 5ft shelves in storage for when the tomatoes are finished then they will be put in the greenhouse too. I only got my allotment a few months ago and have no idea what make of greenhouse I have inherited but it is an old aluminium one and the bolts and nuts that come with the shelves slide in the greenhouse structure perfectly to attach the brackets. This is the first time I have had a greenhouse and found putting the shelves in very easy, if I can do this anyone can.

Simple to order on line.No sales pressure to purchase extras. Kept informed regarding delivery. My own order when delivered was placed at the rear of my property out of site, much to my suprise. Thought it may have been left on my drive, very, very pleased and impressed by that.

Very happy with the product, and with the tele support we received when struggling to erect it. Some of the instructions could have been a little clearer, but this is a minor detail

Couldn't be happier with our new cold frame. Was easy to put together and looks really smart in our veg patch. Going to get growing veg in it asap!

Really pleased ordered 2 extra openers for additional ventilation, but one not working after fitted. Efficient advice on return of item by GreenhousePeople then replacement item delivered direct from manufacturer, but postage cost for customer & delay so a little disappointing!

Very pleased with product well built, good design and layout. One point on delivery when called to specify delivery time advised mid morning, but driver arrived at 7.15am!!!
