I am delighted with my new greenhouse. It was delivered about 3 weeks after my order went in & all the pieces were correct though a few extra bolts & nuts would have been helpful as they are quite soft & a couple snapped. My husband put it up over a weekend but he did need to study the instructions very carefully

Thanks for the promt delivery I have got it up and running It is doing every well as I have had our first frosts It is keeping the greenhuose at 10 degs.with no difculty

Easy to order and use next day delivery

Can't fault it. Appears well made and the thermostat seems to maintain my desired temperature pretty well.Very quiet for a Fan Heater if that's an issue for anyone

Wish I'd known I could get these before fabricating my own from timber. Better than the originals that came with my greenhouse 35 years ago, as they fix with screws. Originals, factory fitted, were stapled on.Perfect replacement

Excellent product. Pretty easy to erect. No problems, I would recommend this product & company.

A very very good greenhouse and the package had lots of extras. My husband and Son erected it in one day, but my son is an engineer and designer, so could read the instructions easily. We had a small problem with a piece of glass being the wrong size, but customer services sent me the right one out promptly. The nuts and bolts where not very good, according to my husband and son but we had some of our own so they could replace the ones that threads went. All in all a very very good greenhouse and excellend service

Great service and excellent delivery staff. This is our first greenhouse, erected in a couple of days. Very good instruction booklet made the job relatively easy however a degree of concentration is needed during assembly. Excellent product and I have already recommended you to a neighbour.

Sturdy & easy to work at whether standing or seated. Two bolts were missing in the package, but these were posted promptly to rectify the problem.

Had originally planned to buy a larger size, but not enough space available. However this model has plenty of room & the height gives it a more spacious feel anyway. Thrilled!

Great service. Arrived on time. Easy to put together, appears strong, an ideal choice. Standing on shingle so flat base feet would have been an advantage, but my improvisation works well and at no extra cost.

The greenhouse was delivered on time and packaged well. The delivery man was very helpful and friendly. I found the construction relatively easy but called the help line for assistance on one occasion. Excellent value for money and good customer service. Very pleased with the product and the service and I have already recommended The Greenhouse People to my friends.

Very pleased with this and it was good value for money, The order was delayed by one day due to staff shortages but we were informed of this unlike other companies. Delivery was quick and the overall price was cheaper by more than a third from our local garden centre. Will deal with this company again.

Delivered on time by helpful driver.Well wrapped and identifiable.Instruction booklet could do with better photographs they were very dark and hard to distinguish location.Glass clamps are a must when erecting toughened glass version.Very happy with finished greenhouse.
