Very satisfied with both ordering and delivery. Heater has proved very effective in recent cold weather maintaining a fairly constant temperature. Red light on front is useful as can see it is working by looking at greenhouse from our house window. Pleased with product so far.

Easy to use website. Ordering easy and confirmation received straight away. Goods delivered quickly. Overall a very good service that I will use again.

I have found this heater simple & effective, much cheaper to run than an electric heater, although only really effective at keeping my 8'x7'6" greenhouse frost free down to outside temperatures of -3C. Main problem has been sourcing cheap paraffin.

product and installation is first class. I use my greenhouse as a conservatory .has needed very little extra heating and with the use of a dehumidifier,any condensation is avoided. had 20 people for xmas dinner. as the greenhouse is built attatched to my french doors at back of house the extra space provided was excellent. many of my neighbours have stated that it looks better than a conservatory .another plus is that it avoides planning problems and the need for a fire wall which would have blocked out sunlight from my neighbours garden. only complaint is that i wish i had space enough to buld a bigger one.5 stars all round.

Greenhouse well made, instructions were clear enough to follow.Assembled on a Saturday found one piece missing, phoned and was told you would despatch missing piece Monday, it arrived Tuesday. Well done. 100% satisfied.

Paraffin heater has not been used as yet - purchased as a gift, - but service provided by The Greenhouse People was EXCELLENT - item delivered next day.

Easy ro erect - frame up in half a day, glass in place in another half day - one and a half people working on it at a fairly leisurely pace. Strong design and loads of space with the extra eaves height.

Didn't have high hopes for this as my previous heater (different make) was not good at all. However, I have been pleasantly suprised, was very easy to set up and has worked perfectly all winter. Would recommend.

Good purchase experience. Well made and easy to set up. Did its job very well throughout recent very cold period and all plants in greenhouse surviving as expected.

I was looking for a Swallow Cold Frame and came across The Greenhouse People`s website, there were a number of different cold frames and sizes but went for the 3.5 x 2.1 foot one which was ideal for us. I bought of the website not knowing anything about them but may I say my doubts soon cleared as just a week before it was due to arrive the telephone rang and it was a chap from the website just confirming the day of delivery and at what time they would be there, so the day of delivery came and approx 2.00pm a pickup truck and brightly men produced the Swallow Cold Frame all ready erected and carried it from the vehicle up the drive to where I wanted it positioned, they were very polite I asked if they would like a mug of tea but declined as they wanted to get back home before night fall as they had been to Blackpool before they came to me and had to go somewhere else, so I gave them a good tip for doing me a small favour, and if any one wants a recommendation then this company deserves that, you don`t get many companies doing what they did others it would have just been thanks and goodbye but with this company they go out of there way to please. I will be giving 10 out of 10 for the best experience I have had with any company to date. Thanks very much again will be ordering from you in the future. Keith Littler from Chester.

I bought this towards the end of last year as I already had some greenhouse staging, but still had space for some more. This little unit fitted in perfectly for my requirements and was extremely easy to put together, I definitely intend to buy some more as soon as I've bought a 2nd greenhouse!
