A robust piece of kit . A bit fiddly to put together at first (small screws/ my fat fingers) but the instructions were clear. Fitting to green house straightforward.

Total game changer! No longer worrying if I've opened the greenhouse window when I'm out and the sun has come out. Opens and shuts all day long as conditions dictates, easy to fit, wish I'd got one sooner.

Fits nicely next to the green house. Since fitting hasn't stopped raining , so hopefully will have collected lots of water . First water butt was dented ( arrived by courier ) but customer service very efficient to send out replacement using their own drivers

No instructions came with the kit. Would have been better if it came with a referenced design . Was bought post buying and assembling greenhouse. We are very happy with the greenhouse.

This is a well made product and was easy to assemble. Fixing to an aluminium greenhouse was fiddly, especially when you are balancing on a ladder with your head jammed against the sloping roof. If the screws were perhaps 2 mm longer it would have helped. Otherwise it is working fine. I would give it an overall rating of 4.7

Great piece of kit! I have 3. My courgette seedlings poked though in 3 days and were 2 inches tall in just over a week! Check out instructions for use on the internet though or you might get spindly, leggy seedlings if you don’t vent or remove covers soon enough. I highly recommend this product!

The cylinder on my Thermofor greenhouse top window vent opener was leaking wax hence needed replacing. I’ve never changed a cylinder before so I ‘phoned the Greenhouse people for advice on how I do it. The gentleman I spoke to was very knowledgable & gave me good advice on how to do it. I ordered the cylinder by internet & was very impressed when it was delivered so quickly, in fact within a couple of days. Fitting the cylinder was very easy, thanks to the advice I was given. The opener is now working like new. I recommend & would not hesitate to order from The Greenhouse people in future in fact I need a replacement cylinder for my automatic louvre window opener & will be ordering one from them shortly.
