This 10ft x 6ft Studio Apex has the optional 'Urban Grey' painted finish applied. Painted mdf lining and insulation, bitumen felt tiles and a laminate floor are the optional extras added to this garden room.
This contemporary looking 10ft x 8ft Studio Apex has the optional 'Graphite Grey' painted exterior finish added to the building. Completing the contemporary look is the optional tinted glass upgrade, painted mdf lining and insulation and a deluxe laminate floor.
This Studio Apex is constructed in cedar cladding, one of 5 timber cladding choices available. Optional upgrades include tongue & groove lining and insulation and a deluxe laminate floor.
You can choose to line your Arley Apex garden room with either tongue and groove pine boards, or as pictured here on this Studio Pavilion - painted mdf lining. Both lining options include ufoil thermal insulation, for all year-round warmth. The optional laminate floor adds a nice finishing touch this garden room.
All Malvern Studio and Arley range buildings feature chrome ironmongery as standard. This includes door hinges, lockable casement stays, door hooks and door handles (as pictured). For extra security, a five lever mortice lock is also a standard inclusion.
All Malvern Studio and Arley buildings include a solid timber floor as standard. For the complete finish and to complement the lining options available, you can choose to add deluxe laminate floor to your garden room in a choice of 10 styles. Pictured here is Renaissance Oak laminate flooring.
This picture illustrates the optional tongue and groove pine lining. It is carefully fitted to provide a pleasant working environment. As the walls and roof are insulated with thermal ufoil insulation when the building is lined, your garden room will be more than suitable for all year-round use.

Delivery in 7 - 10 weeks unpainted | 11 - 14 weeks painted
All of our Malvern Garden buildings will be delivered and installed (where applicable) by our skilled team of fitters - ensuring that your garden building arrives in perfect condition and it is assembled to the highest standard.
Please be aware that you will need to provide a good, strong and level base constructed from either slabs or concrete. This will need to be completed prior to our delivery date, ensuring that it is set and strong enough for that building to sit on.
As with all of our garden buildings, we like to provide our customers with a suitable delivery time. We always give good notice of our arrival date, allowing you to be sure it is the right time for you. We always appreciate any helpful information regarding access to your pre-prepared base area and any details you may need to share with us about reaching you - so that the delivery process can run as smoothly as possible.
Delivery to Scotland is typically takes 2 weeks longer
