This 6ft x 8ft Heavy Duty Apex is constructed in Heavy Duty Redwood one of four timber options available with the Heavy Duty range, the other options being Heavy Duty Pressure Treated Redwood, Cedar and Heavy Duty Barnstyle cladding.
This Shed has had an optional painted finish in Green Black, as well as optional Georgian windows, Georgian window in the door, felt tiled roof, shelving and a workbench.

Each joinery made window is pre-glazed at the factory. The glass in this particular window is kite marked as it is glazed with toughened safety glass which is standard with all Heavy Duty Malvern Sheds.
Also illustrated are the casement stays which enable the window to be pegged open to suit you.
This picture illustrates the strength of a Malvern Heavy Duty shed door. Fully framed, ledged and braced, this door will not go out of square! It has a built-in 3 lever mortice lock for security.
For additional security measures, you can choose to add the optional 'Security Pack' upgrade.
*Please note - the door width on a 4ft wide Apex shed is 0.66m, for all other width's it is 0.89m.
This interior view illustrates the diagonal bracing in the gable end section and side panel - Without these the front of the building would go out of square and the doors wouldn't open properly. A simple precaution you would think but one which isn't featured on many competitors' buildings.
Malvern Heavy Duty sheds have 2inch x 2inch framing throughout. This is exceptionally strong and gives structural rigidity to the whole building making it resistant to bad weather and ensuring many years of trouble free use.
Black japanned door handles and hinges are standard fittings with our Heavy Duty sheds.
Also a standard feature, is a secure 3-lever mortice lock.
A door hook and eye is supplied with every Malvern Heavy Duty Shed. These help to keep the door pinned open, rather than potentially slamming shut with a breeze.

Heavy duty timber framing throughout, diagonal bracing, joinery made fixed and opening windows and a fully framed, ledged and braced door with a 3-lever mortice lock are the type of features you can expect to see in our heavy duty range of sheds.
It's not just a storage shed! Over the years, we have seen our Heavy Duty range of shed be commonly used by our customers as workshop or hobby room. Many sheds are constructed with the aim of keeping costs down, which in turn means cheaper materials such as rough-sawn overlap boards, chipboard and even flax board are used. All timber cladding (available in 4 different options) is tongue and groove solid timber and is treated and finished to the highest standard.
All of our Malvern Garden buildings will be delivered and installed (where applicable) by our skilled team of fitters - ensuring that your garden building arrives in perfect condition and it is assembled to the highest standard.
Please be aware that you will need to provide a good, strong and level base constructed from either slabs or concrete. This will need to be completed prior to our delivery date, ensuring that it is set and strong enough for that building to sit on.
As with all of our garden buildings, we like to provide our customers with a suitable delivery time.
