Each joinery made window is pre-glazed at the factory. The glass is kite marked as it is glazed with toughened safety glass which is standard with all heavy duty sheds.
Also illustrated are the casement stays. These are lockable to provide extra security.
Malvern Heavy Duty sheds have 2inch x 2inch framing throughout. This is exceptionally strong and gives structural rigidity to the whole building making it resistant to bad weather and ensuring many years of trouble free use.
This interior view of a Malvern Heavy Duty Apex illustrates the diagonal bracing in the gable end section and side panel - Without these the front of the building would go out of square and the doors wouldn't open properly. A simple precaution you would think but one which isn't featured on many competitors' buildings. A staple feature of all Heavy Duty sheds.
Also seen here is the internal view of the ledged and braced doors; this means that the doors are cross braced so they won't move out of square and that the edges are all reinforced.

The building features solid 2in square framing throughout, including diagonal framing in all corners of the side and gable panels - this helps keep the building rigid and square. 38kg heavy duty roofing felt and a 19mm heavy duty floor are standard features of the Pavilion shed.
All of our Malvern Garden buildings will be delivered and installed (where applicable) by our skilled team of fitters - ensuring that your garden building arrives in perfect condition and it is assembled to the highest standard.
Please be aware that you will need to provide a good, strong and level base constructed from either slabs or concrete. This will need to be completed prior to our delivery date, ensuring that it is set and strong enough for that building to sit on.
