I thought I'd decided on a greenhouse until I went to my local display site (I'd not even thought about buying face to face) and told the salesperson I had what I wanted from another company and was just having a last browse. Ended up coming away with the best deal out there, Greenhouse, accessories and a premium colour. Later I received some reading to prep me for the build, which was a great touch. A week out from delivery I asked if I could change the plinth colour. Even though the order had been picked they arranged to change it. During the build, which was really straightforward, a pane of glass shattered as I picked it up. Emailed and they are going to drop a replacement round next time they are in the area. This is without a doubt the best I've seen for quality and customer service. Many thanks.

What a great organisation - Ordering was made really easy as I spoke to Debbie in sales and she talked me through all the options and set up delivery to an Allotment site. The process was simple, paid a deposit and when I was ready for delivery it was tracked all the way so that I could me the Delivery guy at site who was incredibly helpful. All came packed well and easily labelled. Never had a Greenhouse before, went for the Simplicity Ulitmate in Green. My partner and I just took our time over a couple of weekends to put together and my guidance is read the manual a few times and download material to help from The Greenhouse People website and just take your time. We absolutely ove our new place for all the things we wish to grow this year....Thanks

Delivery was fantastic and so well stacked against the house. It’s my second from this company due to moving and putting the second one together was so easy. Excellent

The greenhouse arrived on time with all parts, driver unloaded it and helped carry it to temporary storage area. It took me just over 2 days to build, including time spent ferrying it in 3-4 trips to the allotment about a 10 min drive away. I mainly built it solo, just a couple of hours help needed to glaze the roof. Working as a team of two would be a lot quicker. Generally speaking it was straight forward, the instructions are OK but they're almost entirely drawings, a little bit of explanatory text would have helped. However, anyone used to putting flat pack furniture together should be fine. It seems sturdy and has survived a few windy days on an exposed site, I think it'll last well.

The package arrived a lot earlier than first expected, so I had to bring forward my planned schedule of doing the groundwork etc, which I was pleased about! Delivery driver kindly deposited all the parts into the back garden. As a token gesture, he was gifted a jar of honey from my bee hives in the garden! All the parts were present and although I studied the instructions sheets online over a couple of days to get my head around them, I found the assembly a lot easier than I anticipated. It was like a big 'meccano' set. I purchased the toughened glass and felt confident in handling and fitting it. It took me 2 full days to assemble. I have since purchased another set of Babbington staging and this was delivered promptly with no issues. I am really pleased with the quality and look of the greenhouse and have had several positive comments from family and neighbours.
