Display Site Manager

The Role

Are you a self-motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for creating an exceptional sales experience?

We are seeking a Display Site Sales Manager to have joint responsibility for our display site based at one of our 30+ UK display sites.

In this role, you will not only be responsible for driving sales but also ensuring the site looks visually appealing and well-maintained. If you have a keen eye for detail and a knack for delivering outstanding customer service, this could be your perfect role!

You will:

• sell our full range of high-quality greenhouses and garden buildings direct to customers
• use your passion for customer service to provide an exceptional customer experience to help customers purchase THEIR perfect building - yes, you really can help dreams come true!
• take pride in the display site – ensure that the site and buildings are well maintained and look their best. A reasonable level of physical fitness is required - amongst other things, there is a lot of glass to clean!
• use IT systems with confidence
• have a good standard of spoken and written English, to communicate professionally and effectively - face-to-face, on the telephone and via email
• normally work a five day out of seven rota, involving every second weekend
• work with the other Display Site Sales Manager or on your own. No people management required
  
  

In return for being the face of The Greenhouse People you will receive:

• a full-time starting salary of £27 940 increasing to £30 577.23 after 7-12 months, performance dependent
• uncapped commission - typically a minimum of £5 000 per annum
