A. These Camplex heat mats can be used by wiring, correctly, into a 3-pin plug (not supplied) or by connecting them to a recommended thermostat to enable accurate heat control.
Q. Would this mat be suitable for overwintering tender plants like (Streptocarpus and African Violets) indoors?
A. The Heat Mats are intended for bringing on cuttings and seeds in trays, I would advise you to speak to a Streptocarpus/African Violet specialist with regard to your question.
Q. Hi i would like to put seeds out now in the greenhouse i will be doing quite alot, i want to heat the greenhouse so to help with germination, will a low wattage heater do or would it have to be a propogator? propogators arent very big and expensive? thanks
A. A 2kW Fan heater (e.g. Bio Green Tropic greenhouse heater [PRODUCT ID: 0145]0 would be suitable to hat a greenhouse up to 6' x 10'.

Very good mats my seeds done well when using this mat would buy again thermostat is highly recommend.
