£ 18.00Q. Will this opener fit my greenhouse windows. No, what i really mean is are greenhouse windows a standard size?
A. Most greenhouse roof-vents are around 2' x 2'. The Bayliss XL Vent is recommended for any building that in in an exposed area.
Q. Hi im about to purchase g/house. what is the best base/foundation. ie flags or concrete
A. Paving slabs are generally a better option than concrete as the joints between the slabs allow excess water to drain away.
Q. We bought a Hercules greenhouse from you in 2007 including auto vents. A cylinder needs replacing and it looks the same as this but don't know about the length. Is this one approx. 8 inches including end nuts?
A. Yes, the Replacement cylinder for XL Opener is approximately 8 inches long (including end nuts).

I ordered the wrong openers so had to send them back. I emailed them to let them know it was on it's way and explained what had happened. I received a quick reply and subsequent emails from them keeping me informed of progress. Correct items dispatched within 1 day and received the very next day. I have purchased several items from them over the years and have always found them to be quick, efficient and professional. True customer service from initial order to follow up orders. I cant thank them enough. 5* Martin, Poole, Dorset
As it said on box; delivery good.
My order arrived the following day, impressive. The cylinders were easy to fit as per instructions, once I realised the old ones only unscrewed when cold, perhaps this might appear in future instructions. Windows are now opening and closing according to the temperature. Thank you Greenhouse People.
Product and speed of service excellent. Packaging didn't take into account the warm weather, so the rod expanded through the padded envelope which caused the Royal Mail some concern! Otherwise Ace.
I was impressed by your slick service. The part when it arrived was the right part - slightly fiddly to fit but now working a treat. The only problem was with the packaging - the three cylinders were loose in a large jiffy bag and one of the threaded ends was sticking out through the side of the envolope and so the thread could have been damaged. Simply wrapping them together with bubble wrap or similar first would have solved the problem!
