Sturdy, well made griddle. Excellent that it is reversible. Now need to get the slatted grill to match it.

This is a quality item. It comes with a detachable handle which is useful because it is heavy. It's good to season it a little first off to minimise sticking. Should last for ages. It's seariously good!
