Q. what size LPG bottle is reccomended for this heater
A. Any size is suitable, a 19Kg bottle should last a winter on average.
Q. The lifestyle greenhouse heater looks like its thermostatically controlled. could you tell me the temperature range is covers. I notice on others they cover 6-38 degress.
A. This depends on the size of your greenhouse and the outside temperature. If your greenhouse is an 8'x10' building and the outside temperature is -1 Celsius then this heater will maintain a temperature of above +5 Celsius (Frost-Free). With the outside conditions the same a 6'x8' building will be heated to around 8-12 Celsius.
Q. Will the regulator take any manufacturer's make of gas
A. Manufactures gas bottles are standardised, so the regulator should fit any brand.
Q. With regards to the thermostat, does it mean that it is either on or off regardless of the temperature? My greenhouse is 6'x6' , but I would prefer it to be on an anti-frost setting, or say a 5 Celsius one, so it heats the greenhouse when needed, and not when it isn't.
A. The thermostat on the Eden Gas Greenhouse Heater 2kW automatically switches the heater on when the temperature falls below your pre-set and off again when the pre-set is achieved. the pilot light is always on, so it will use a little bit of gas every day unless you turn it completely off.
Q. Is this heater a vented or non vented heater? What distance would the gas bottle need to be away from the greenhouse? Many thanks.
A. The Eden Gas Greenhouse Heater 2kW is a non-vented propane heater. It is supplied with a 1m. long pipe & regulator.

A. The Eden Gas Greenhouse Heater 2kW runs on propane (LPG) only (red bottle) - NOT Butane.

This is a very compact and bijou wee heater and works a treat. The only thing we found a bit annoying are the numbers on the dial as you can hardly see them and the instructions are a bit contradictory in places but a bit of common sense helped us out. The service is good and it was delivered on time by a very friendly delivery driver. We have used it already as the weather up here in Scotland is a bit chilly most of the time and so far so good.

Great item, even better as we caught it on Black Friday. Supplied with hose and regulator however I needed the push on type so got one from Amazon for reasonable money. Assembled as per instructions and lit first time and is working really well in the greenhouse. Being green it doesn't stand out too much which is good, I was unable to mount it at the recommended heigh though as am using a paving slab on some polystyrene block. Happy wit my purchase so far.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my husband Our sister in law has one and it is great We have tried other heating systems But this looks very easy to maintain and use Very happy with delivery and packaging Good company 5 * rating

Ordered this item 1.15pm Bank Holiday Monday arrived 2.15 on the Wednesday securely packaged together with one other item I ordered at the same time. Excellent service. I have not used it yet but I am sure it will be fine. Plenty of information on the web site and came with full instruction booklet. Web site has a wide range of greenhouse accessories and I will certainly use them again.
