The Simplicity Classic is built to last, featuring our unique double box section corner bars that make for a stronger frame, enabling the Classic to stand up better than similar greenhouses in windy conditions. Every consideration has been made in the design of this model; literally from the ground up, as it comes with a strong 4 inch galvanised base, allowing you to site your greenhouse on practically any surface. The rigidity of the building is improved further, by the inclusion of 3mm toughened safety glass, which comes as standard throughout, and is retained by sturdy full length PVC bar capping in this Ultimate package; which is far stronger than any standard glazing clips.
This Ultimate Package includes a whole host of extras, giving you everything you need to get you started. No need to worry about ventilation during those hot summer months, as this package gives you roof vent(s) complete with an automatic opener, which, when combined with the louvre vent supplied, provides your greenhouse with perfect airflow. It is also supplied with downpipes, end stops and angled joints, which clip directly into the Classic’s integral guttering. Simply add an optional water butt or two, and you can harvest plenty of precious rainwater. Finally, this Ultimate Package comes with a complete run of Babbington staging, down one side. Made of thick gauge aluminium, the frame supports 1-inch deep trays, giving you a stable working surface which has folded edges for safety.

Q. With full sheet toughened glass, if I have extra louvres will I need to cut the glass to make them fit?
A. No, you won't have to do that. We automatically adjust the toughened glass for you, it is quite often the case that extra louvres and vents are added. You will have the correct glass delivered.
Q. What is the height of the base unit without the legs?
A. 100mm
Q. Please can you tell me what size base I would need to have this greenhouse placed on, is it fully sealed with having a metal base, do you errect and if so what would be the total cost for supply & errect. Thanks Mike
A. As a minimum foundation for the Simplicity Classic Mill 68 **Mill Package**, you wold require 7'x 9' paving slabs. The metal base would be fixed to the foundations with rawlplugs and screws. All customers that order a greenhouse from us receive a list of approved greenhouse fitters. The approx. cost of fitting on a pre-existing level foudation would be expected to be around £175.
Q. How long is delivery on this greenhouse?
A. Delivery is currently 3-5 weeks, but is more likely to be 3 than 5. We will contact you before delivery to confirm an exact date with you. (Sep 2015)
Q. Planning to build a breeze block plinth 100mm deep (on hardcore sub- base) to support metal base. Appreciate measurements need to be accurate. (1) Does metal base have to be flush with edge of breeze block or can metal base sit on middle of breeze block? (2) I assume Simplicity Concrete anchoring set will be suitable? (3) Side of greenhouse will be situated alongside fencing. Is there a minimum gap between greenhouse and fence to erect greenhouse?
A. Hello, the metal base can go in the middle of the breeze blocks if your wanting a small perimeter around the greenhouse or to the edge if not. The concrete anchoring set gives you 2 inch screws, rawl plugs and brackets that attach on the inside cill of the base to screw down into your flooring. As the glass has to be fitted from the outside we usually advise a persons width for if you ever need to replace a pane of glass.

I thought I'd decided on a greenhouse until I went to my local display site (I'd not even thought about buying face to face) and told the salesperson I had what I wanted from another company and was just having a last browse. Ended up coming away with the best deal out there, Greenhouse, accessories and a premium colour. Later I received some reading to prep me for the build, which was a great touch. A week out from delivery I asked if I could change the plinth colour. Even though the order had been picked they arranged to change it. During the build, which was really straightforward, a pane of glass shattered as I picked it up. Emailed and they are going to drop a replacement round next time they are in the area. This is without a doubt the best I've seen for quality and customer service. Many thanks.

What a great organisation - Ordering was made really easy as I spoke to Debbie in sales and she talked me through all the options and set up delivery to an Allotment site. The process was simple, paid a deposit and when I was ready for delivery it was tracked all the way so that I could me the Delivery guy at site who was incredibly helpful. All came packed well and easily labelled. Never had a Greenhouse before, went for the Simplicity Ulitmate in Green. My partner and I just took our time over a couple of weekends to put together and my guidance is read the manual a few times and download material to help from The Greenhouse People website and just take your time. We absolutely ove our new place for all the things we wish to grow this year....Thanks

The greenhouse arrived on time with all parts, driver unloaded it and helped carry it to temporary storage area. It took me just over 2 days to build, including time spent ferrying it in 3-4 trips to the allotment about a 10 min drive away. I mainly built it solo, just a couple of hours help needed to glaze the roof. Working as a team of two would be a lot quicker. Generally speaking it was straight forward, the instructions are OK but they're almost entirely drawings, a little bit of explanatory text would have helped. However, anyone used to putting flat pack furniture together should be fine. It seems sturdy and has survived a few windy days on an exposed site, I think it'll last well.

The package arrived a lot earlier than first expected, so I had to bring forward my planned schedule of doing the groundwork etc, which I was pleased about! Delivery driver kindly deposited all the parts into the back garden. As a token gesture, he was gifted a jar of honey from my bee hives in the garden! All the parts were present and although I studied the instructions sheets online over a couple of days to get my head around them, I found the assembly a lot easier than I anticipated. It was like a big 'meccano' set. I purchased the toughened glass and felt confident in handling and fitting it. It took me 2 full days to assemble. I have since purchased another set of Babbington staging and this was delivered promptly with no issues. I am really pleased with the quality and look of the greenhouse and have had several positive comments from family and neighbours.
