The downpipes are OK but if you want to save the water to a waterbutt, then you need to work out which additional fittings you also need to order. Same if you wish to link two downpipes. once ordered, all items were delivered in jig time. Great service.

I purchased a Simplicity 8x6 greenhouse in green, complete with a galvanised base. Shortly after placing the order a delivery date and approximate time was given. I arranged for a base to be prepared commencing on the day of delivery in order for assistance to be available upon arrival (I am 72 and partially disabld). A friend, comming to prepare the base arrived a day early as he was going to be unavailable on the appointed day not realising that the day was chosen to co-incide with delivery. The day prior to delivery I was informed that I was to to attend specialist eye hospital 20 miles away for surgery, leaving only my wife at home to recieve delivery. The delivery arrived exactly on time,and upon explanation that I had been called away unexpectedly for eye surgery The delivery driver place items at rear of garage. I had expected them to be at roadside when I returned home and was delighted with the exellent service rendered. The product supplied lived up to every expectation, and following istallation instructions proved easy once the referencing utilised had been digested. One departure from the instructions was made in the fitting of the large pane toughened glass. It proved easier to place the double sided adhesive ribbon onto the glass (laying the sheets flat on the patio table avoided a lot of bending down)and offer them up to the frame rather than place the tape on the frame. The perfectly flat base prepared before atempting errection, proved itself with everything fitting in place without further adjustment. I was sorry that I did not purchase the rainwater downpipes at the time of order, and have since made that purchase. I would advice any would be purchaser to consider them an essential item. I would have no hesitation in making further purchases from this company should the need arrise. Eric James Southport

Make sure you have enough level ground to lay this style of green house down onto as it is a large expanse of glass to have listing to the side. I love this building it is so high light and airy it is a pleasure to work in. The price was also extremely good for the quality and size of orangerie, plus the greenhouse people stored it for me until I moved and delivered it efficiently on the agreed time scale.

I have found The Greenhouse People to be very helpful firstly with advice on which would be the best choice and all though the purchasing and delivery including their recommendation for the erection once delivered. Many thanks for supplying such a good service and product.

Excellent greenhouse package, looks great but takes a fair bit of time to build with all the bits.

Looked at the greenhouses on the internet but decided to go and look at them in person. Was very pleased with the advice given at the centre, ended up buying a more expensive greenhouse. Have been able to put a deposit down and will have the greenhouse delivered later in the year. Excellent service all round.

downpipes was a toss up if i got them or not but yes glad i did as with the we have had i now have 70 gallon of water in my water butt.

Excellent product. These were purchased for our school greenhouse which can be unattended at weekends and during half term. The 'self watering' works brilliantly. Would not hesitate to reccomend.

Fantastic item, this will be support for my tomatoes this year. Easy to put together and with the liner will keep the area underneath clean and tidy.

Delivered on time all items checked and clearly identified by driver. Instructions very good. My advice take your time in assembly it will pay dividends later. My 4th Greenhouse in my life but first with single payne toughened glass so I took it careful.Unfortunately one payne was incorrect size but soon corrected by overnight delivery.

We have attached the downpipes and these were really worth having. Within a short time our water butt was full! By using silicone to hold them all in place it was very easy to fit the kit.
